Responsible for collecting personal data

  • For Personal Data collected when browsing the website, the data controller is: La Meusienne, represented by Roxanne Creutz, its legal representative.
  • As the controller of the data it collects, La Meusienne undertakes to comply with the framework of the legal provisions in force. It is responsible in particular for establishing the purposes of its data processing, for providing its prospects and customers, on the basis of their consent, with complete information on the processing of their personal data, and for maintaining a register of processing operations that reflects reality.
    Whenever Whenever Meusienne processes Personal Data, it takes all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the Personal Data in relation to the purposes for which Meusienne processes it.

Data collection and use

Data may be collected in several ways :

  1. From your verbal or written contribution (e.g. by consenting to receive marketing emails) or indirectly through third parties with whom we work closely.
  2. Automatically through our Webflow website technologies, including online tracking, for example through web cookies (which are small text files created by websites and stored on your computer), through smart devices, by combining data sets.
  1. Closed circuit by meeting us in person, for example at our premises. And virtually through contact via social media, etc.

SCOP La Meusienne may process all or part of the data :

  • to enable navigation on its website
  • to prevent and combat computer fraud (spamming, hacking, etc.)
  • to improve navigation on the Website: IP address, tracking codes such as cookies
  • to respond to contact requests: first name, email address, telephone number
  • to apply for a job offer: email address, surname, first name, CV, and comments you leave

SCOP La Meusienne does not sell your personal data, which is therefore only used when necessary or for statistical and analytical purposes.

Data management

  • Your Personal Data that we process is hosted by Amazon Web Service. AWS cloud services meet all GDPR compliance standards.

User rights

In accordance with current European regulations, users of SCOP La Meusienne have the following rights :

  • the right to information concerning the processing of your personal data by SCOP La Meusienne
  • the right of access (Article 15 of the GDPR) and rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR), updating andcompleteness of user data
  • the right to block or erase Users' personal data (Article 17 of the GDPR), when it is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, or whose collection, use, communication or storage is prohibited
  • the right to withdraw consent at any time (Article 13-2c GDPR)
  • right to restrict the processing of User data (Article 18 of the GDPR)
  • right to object to the processing of User data (Article 21 of the GDPR)
  • right to the portability of data provided by Users, when such data is subject to automated processing based on their consent or on a contract (Article 20 of the GDPR)

As soon as SCOP La Meusienne becomes aware of the death of a User and in the absence of instructions from them, La Meusienne undertakes to destroy their data, unless its retention is

necessary for evidentiary purposes or to meet a legal obligation.

If the User wishes to know how Meusienne uses their Personal Data, request to rectify it or object to its processing, the User may contact us. As soon as La Meusienne becomes aware of the death of a User and in the absence of instructions from them, La Meusienne undertakes to destroy their data, unless its retention is necessary for evidentiary purposes or to meet a legal obligation.

If the User wishes to know how Meusienne uses their Personal Data, request to rectify it or object to its processing, the User may contact us.

In this case, the User must indicate the Personal Data that they would like La Meusienne to correct, update or delete, identifying themselves precisely with a copy of an identity document (identity card or passport).

Requests for the deletion of Personal Data will be subject to the obligations imposed on Meusienne by law, particularly with regard to the storage or archiving of documents. Finally, Meusienne Users may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authorities, in particular the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).

Security and confidentiality

To ensure the security and confidentiality of Personal Data, SCOP La Meusienne uses networks protected by standard devices such as firewalls, pseudonymisation, encryption and passwords.

When processing Personal Data, Meusienne takes all reasonable measures to protect it against loss, misuse, unauthorised access,  disclosure, alteration or destruction.
