Production life management

Our factory in Ancerville possesses a production capacity of several tens of thousands of tons a year.

For that purpose, we are using our slitter , of a high level TPM. It feeds 15 lines of welding TIG and LASER which make up our production tools. Most of our welding lines are equipped with an in-line heat treatment process.

The production range is from OD 6 to 219.1 mm with wall thickness from 0.5 to 5 mm.

The finishing of tubes (pickling, marking, polishing, "air under water" tests, perforation and cup in length of tubes) is realized on-site by equipment and operators dedicated to these processes.
